New Shirts Are Here

Posted on February 12th, 2008 by

The new “Dances of the Swing Era” shirts are in! Click on the image to see a closeup of the cool retro design created by Jeannette McCree. We have a variety of styles including men’s and women’s button ups and a variety of t-shirt styles. Maria at One Source Promotions worked with us to find shirts that both look great and are cool to dance in. The shirts will be on sale on our web site soon, but in the meantime, you can get them at any of our local dances and classes.

iLindy Shirts

iLindy - Do You?Well, what started out to be a new graphic design for our Lindy Hop Class has generated a lot of buzz. Dawn and I have gotten a lot of positive feedback on the iLindy design that has appeared on our flyers and web site. On Friday night, we wore t-shirts to the UCF dance with the original test design I created and we got a ton of people asking us where we got them. So here they are! :) Both the original design and the quickstop “do you?” version.

The shirts are online order only. As you can see there are lots of variety in colors and styles. Enjoy! …and thanks for the great feedback on the designs!

“It was October 2005 when I first found out about you and the Whirl & Twirl. I have to tell you that many things changed since then. As a beginner dancer, I have managed to learn east coast swing along with lindy and charleston; I made new friends and plus made my 2nd & 4th Saturday nights much useful. I am grateful to you for all these. Well, I believe it is not only me; many others as well owe you bunch of thanks for your efforts to keep the Swing scene alive...”
